Before the ghouls and goblins arrive, our brave volunteers will help bring the festival to life! In this role, you’ll greet and check in event vendors as they arrive, guiding them to their booth spaces so they’re ready for the haunting fun ahead.

Volunteers will also roll up their sleeves to help with event setup, which may include placing signage, setting up tables, tents, and chairs, and lending a hand wherever needed. This position does require some manual labor, so come ready to lift, carry, and conjure a little muscle magic.

If you’re up for a bit of hard work and want to be part of the team that transforms Downtown Celina into a spooktacular festival ground, this is the role for you!

After the last monster has left the square, it’s time for the Tear Down Team to work their magic! Volunteers in this role will dismantle signage, take down tables, tents, chairs, and more, helping return the festival grounds to their normal, non-haunted state. This role involves manual labor and a willingness to get a little hands-on with the cleanup.

As a special treat for brave souls who tackle the graveyard shift, you’ll earn 2 bonus volunteer hours, bringing your total to 4 community service hours. This role is perfect for those who enjoy being part of the behind-the-scenes action, working with a team, and seeing the tangible results of a successful event!
