Vendor Check-In & Setup
Help kick off Touch-A-Truck by welcoming vendors and ensuring a smooth setup! Volunteers in this role will:
- Greet and check in vendors as they arrive.
- Guide vendors to their assigned spaces and assist with unloading and setup.
- Help prepare the event site by setting up signs, banners, tables, chairs, and tents.
- Assist with decorating the event area to match the event theme.
- Ensure vendors have what they need and address any setup concerns.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Your support helps make this event an exciting experience for the community!
