Tear Down Team
Role Description:
As a member of the Tear Down Team, your mission is to efficiently dismantle and organize festival elements once Splash and Blast concludes. Your attention to detail and teamwork will ensure a smooth transition from celebration to cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:

Signage Removal:
- Carefully take down all event signage, banners, and directional signs. Roll them up neatly for storage.
- Ensure that no signs are damaged during removal.

City Tent Disassembly:
- Disassemble the City tent. Fold and stack the tent components for easy storage.
- Pay attention to any specific instructions related to the tent structure.

Photo Ops and Hand Sanitizer Stations:
- Remove any photo op setups or backdrops. Safely store props and frames.
- Collect hand sanitizer stations and place them in designated storage areas.

Event Supplies Organization:
- Gather all remaining event supplies, including tables, chairs, and miscellaneous items.
- Coordinate with other team members to efficiently transport these supplies to the storage building.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all items are accounted for and stored properly.
- Physical Stamina: This role involves manual labor, lifting, and carrying.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to expedite the teardown process.
