Blood Drive Check-In & Sign-Up
Role Description: As a Blood Drive Check-In & Sign-Up volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our blood donation efforts. Your responsibility is to warmly greet and assist donors, ensuring a smooth and encouraging experience from check-in to donation.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Check-In:
- Welcome pre-registered donors, assist with the check-in process, and provide any necessary information about the donation procedure.
- Encourage residents and event attendees to donate blood, emphasizing that ONLY DONORS GET TO VOTE for the Battle of the Badges.
Promote the Event:
- Share details about the blood drive and its importance. Motivate attendees to participate by dressing in themed costumes, such as a vampire or the Carter BloodCare blood drop costume.
Friendly Interaction:
- Engage with donors and attendees in a warm and supportive manner. Answer any questions they may have or direct them to the appropriate resources.
