Role Description: As a member of the Event Info Tent team, you’ll be the go-to resource for attendees seeking information about the event and City services. Your role involves providing accurate and friendly assistance to enhance the event experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Festival Information:

  • Decorate the City of Celina Tent and hand out candy during trick-or-treat time. Answer questions related to event schedules, activities, and City services.

• City Insights:

  • Educate attendees about Celina, highlighting local landmarks, historical sites, and community resources.

• Friendly Interaction:

  • Approach attendees with a warm smile and genuine interest. Be patient and attentive as you address their queries.

• Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other event staff to ensure seamless communication. If an attendee has a specific request, relay it to the appropriate team.
