Volunteer Opportunity: Mixology Event Hospitality & Clean-Up Crew

Time: 4:45 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Downtown Celina (Meet at Two29)
Join us for an exciting evening supporting Downtown Celina’s Mixology Event! We’re seeking enthusiastic, service-minded volunteers to assist with event hospitality and post-event breakdown.
Volunteer Requirements:

Must be 21 or older

Wear black attire
-
Santa hats will be provided if you do not have your own
What You’ll Do:
4:45 PM – 8:30 PM (During Event):

Meet at Two29 at 4:45 PM for check-in and assignments

Assist with bussing tables throughout the event

Remove and collect items used to make drinks for cleaning

Pick up and dispose of dirty plates to keep event spaces tidy and welcoming
8:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Post-Event Break-Down):

Gather unused goody bags
-
Move event signage and assist with taking down décor
-
Clear tables and collect remaining signage

Pick up trash and help restore the venue to pre-event condition
