As a City & Event Info Booth volunteer, you'll provide attendees with helpful information about the event, schedules, activities, and City of Celina services. Your friendly and knowledgeable approach will enhance the experience for all guests. This role requires great customer service skills and a willingness to engage with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet attendees and answer questions about the event schedule, activities, and attractions
- Provide information about City of Celina services, local landmarks, and community resources
- Hand out event brochures, maps, and promotional materials
- Assist with decorating the City of Celina tent and maintaining an inviting space
- Collaborate with event staff to relay attendee requests or concerns
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors
