Sound the Alarm Home Fire Campaign
In partnership with the American Red Cross, this community-powered event is focused on making homes safer. Volunteers will go door-to-door offering free smoke alarm installations to interested residents.
Along with installations, volunteers will share essential fire safety tips—like how to create a fire escape plan—and discuss ways to stay prepared for emergencies like tornadoes and wildfires.
Volunteers will meet at the Police Station Community Room, located at 3025 S Coit Rd, for a quick, hands-on training before heading out to their assigned locations. Light breakfast pastries and coffee will be provided!
