Volunteer Opportunity: Business Roundtable Prep
Help us get everything ready for an engaging Business Roundtable by volunteering at 302 W Walnut on Thursday, April 16 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM.
We’re looking for detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy hands-on prep work and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes an event shine.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
Pack attendee bags with event materials
Prepare and organize table decorations for the roundtable
Assist staff with general event prep tasks as needed
