Role Description:
As a Vendor Check-In & Set-Up volunteer, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our vendors get ready for the event. Your support will ensure a smooth and organized set-up process, contributing to a successful day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Check-In: Greet vendors upon arrival, assist them with check-in, and direct them to their assigned booth locations. Answer any questions and provide them with event details.
- Set-Up Assistance: Help vendors with setting up their booths, including signage, tables, tents, and chairs. Be ready to assist with any manual tasks required to get them prepared for attendees.
- Event Coordination: Work alongside event staff to handle any vendor concerns and ensure clear communication throughout the setup process.
