Welcome Committee

Role Description: Be one of the first points of contact for event attendees as part of the Welcome Committee. Your role is to greet guests with a friendly face and provide them with event information.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Attendees: Welcome guests to the event with a warm smile and provide any necessary information about activities and locations.
• Distributing Maps: Hand out event maps to guide attendees to different stations and activities.
• Answering Questions: Provide basic information to ensure guests know where to go and what to expect at Christmas on the Square.
